Yesterday marked the launch of Christian Louboutin’s very own iPhone and iPad app. Available globally from the apple app store, this application lets fans get more connected with the brand, offering everything between Louboutin news updates to a mix and match game. When opened, the application flashes his cursive logo in the famous Louboutin red before the aesthetically pleasing main screen appears. It features six interactive areas:

Collection Press this and you’re immediately transported into the world Louboutin’s Spring/Summer 12 collection. Here you’re able to browse through his seasonal collections and read about each shoe in detail. You can then pick favorites and share them via Facebook, Twitter and email
20 Ans This neat option allows you to view the full set of sketches from Christian’s 20th Anniversary Capsule Collection. It starts as a cartoon collage in which you click on whichever shoe you want to see as a sketch. Click the screen again and you can see the shoe be transformed into the real product.
