With her eclectic mix of Bohemian glamour and 90s grunge, Zoe Kravitz, the daughter of Lisa Bonet and Lenny Kravitz, has made a name of her own in the fashion industry.But the 22 year-old beauty, who stars in the indie film Yelling To The Sky with Gabourey Sidibe and X-Men: First Classhitting theaters June 3rd, wants to be known for more than her sartorial statements. “I don’t want to be the daughter of…who wears cool clothes and goes out,” the Vera Wang Princess and Alexander Wang T spokesperson tells Blackbook Magazine in their April 2011 issue. “I want to be known as an actress—hopefully that will happen soon.”
The stunning black and white photographs that accompany the spread and show Kravitz in 70s-style floppy hats, textured black dresses and sharp white separates make it hard to ignore her status as a fashion darling.
