5. Smokey Brown Shadow/ Smokey Purple Shadow
Smokey eyes took a turn away from dark grey, black and silver and transitioned into a much softer, subtler look with purple and brown hues. Stars who wore the look: Mandy Moore, Michelle Williams, Mila Kunis, Hilary Swank, Natalie Portman, Halle Berry, Cate Blanchett.
